- Confirm the share link opens on Sora and begins with https://sora.chatgpt.com/p/s_.
- Wait 10–15 seconds after generating a fresh share link before pasting it here.
- If your remaining quota looks stale, try refreshing the page or signing out and back in.
- On iOS Safari, use Request Desktop Site or switch to Chrome when downloads stall.
Billing or quota questions
Pro plans include priority processing and higher daily limits. You can review your subscription and usage at any time.
If a payment looks incorrect or limits do not match your plan, send us the email connected to your account so we can investigate quickly.
