Approximately 12 hours ago, our domain's DNS resolution was suspended due to a complaint. This caused our website to become temporarily inaccessible to all users.
Within 3 hours of the suspension, we deployed a temporary domain and sent email notifications to all our registered users to ensure continued service access.
After several hours of communication and clarification, we successfully resolved the issue and restored our original domain. Our service is now fully operational.
