You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you represent an organization, you affirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

Accounts and authentication

You may use the product anonymously or sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Usage limits and fair use

We provide daily limits to keep the service fast for everyone. You agree not to circumvent rate limits, resell access, or automate traffic without permission.

Paid plans and billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment partners. You may cancel any time, but fees paid are non-refundable unless required by law.

Downgrading immediately applies new limits. If you cancel, access to paid features remains until the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual property

All product code, branding, and documentation are owned by SoraWM Remover or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us the rights needed to operate the service.

Prohibited activities

You agree not to misuse the service. Examples of prohibited behavior include:

• Downloading or distributing content you do not have rights to use.
• Attempting to reverse engineer or probe the service.
• Automating requests or sharing access in a way that degrades performance.
• Using the product for unlawful purposes or to violate someone else's rights.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make any promises about availability, uptime, or suitability for your specific needs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoraWM Remover will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we detect unusual activity that risks the stability of the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
