• Content you submit: prompts, reference images, videos and audio, and generation settings.
• Generated output and task records: the model used, time, status, and credits spent.
• Billing records: your plan, orders, and subscription status. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
• Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and diagnostic logs.

How we use your information

• To generate the content you request and show it in your Gallery.
• To authenticate your session and keep track of credits.
• To process payments and send service emails such as receipts and renewal reminders.
• To keep the service reliable, prevent abuse, and answer support requests.
• To measure how the site is used and how our advertising performs.

Who receives your data

We share data only with the providers that help us run the service:

• AI model providers and API platforms. Your prompts and reference files are sent to the provider of the model you select so it can produce the result.
• Stripe, for payment processing.
• Cloudflare, for hosting, storage, and security.
• Google, for sign-in and advertising measurement.
• Microsoft Clarity, for usage analytics, which may record how you interact with pages.
• Email delivery providers, for service emails.

We do not sell your personal information. Content you generate is private to your account and is not shown to other users.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as language. Google and Microsoft Clarity set cookies for analytics and advertising measurement.

Data retention

• Generated files are stored for 7 days and then deleted.
• Reference files you upload are stored temporarily for processing.
• Prompts and task records are kept while your account is active.
• Account and billing records are kept while your subscription is active and afterward for as long as legal obligations require.
• Diagnostic logs are typically deleted within 30 days unless we need them to investigate abuse or an outage.

Data security

We rely on reputable infrastructure providers and apply industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

International transfers

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country, including by the model providers listed above. By using the service you consent to these transfers.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time. Service emails such as receipts and renewal reminders are still sent while you have an active subscription.

Children

The service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
