Most issues clear up with these checks:
- If a generation fails, its credits are refunded automatically. Read the error shown on the task, adjust the prompt or reference files, and try again.
- Some models reject reference images that contain celebrities, public figures, or other sensitive content.
- If your credit balance looks out of date, refresh the page or sign out and back in.
- Generated files are stored for 7 days. Download anything you want to keep.
Billing and credits
Plans include credits for each billing cycle. You can review, change, or cancel your subscription at any time through Manage Subscription in the pricing section.
If a charge looks incorrect or your credits do not match your plan, send us the email connected to your account so we can check it.
