Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using NOSO RAW you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please stop using the product.

The service

NOSO RAW is an AI creation service. It gives you access to third-party AI models that generate video, images, music, and voice, together with tools such as video upscaling. Each generation uses credits.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you represent an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

Generating content requires signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under it.

Third-party models and availability

The models offered on NOSO RAW are developed and operated by third parties. We do not control them.

A model provider may change, restrict, suspend, or permanently discontinue a model at any time, with or without notice. Sora, for example, was shut down by its provider in 2026. Events of this kind are outside our reasonable control.

When a model becomes unavailable we may remove it from the service or replace it. The service continues with the other models we offer, and your credits remain valid for every model that is available.

The removal or change of a specific model is not a failure to deliver the service and does not by itself entitle you to a refund. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including provider shutdowns and outages, changes to provider policies, network failures, and government action.

Credits

• The credit cost of a generation is shown before you start it.
• Plan credits are granted for each billing cycle and expire when that cycle ends.
• Add-on credits never expire and are used after your plan credits.
• Credits for failed generations are refunded automatically.
• AI output varies from one generation to the next. We cannot guarantee that a result will match your expectations, and credits spent on completed generations are not returned.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.

Subscriptions, renewals, and refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel.

We send a renewal reminder to your account email about seven days before each renewal charge. Keeping that email address valid and reading it is your responsibility.

You can cancel at any time through Manage Subscription. Cancelling stops future charges, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

A subscription pays for access to the service and for the credits of that period. The fee does not depend on how much you use the service.

Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. In particular, none of the following is a ground for a refund or a payment dispute:

• Forgetting to cancel before a renewal.
• Not using the service, or not using all of your credits, during a billing period.
• Being dissatisfied with the output of a completed generation.
• A specific third-party model being changed or discontinued.

We may grant a refund at our discretion. Doing so in one case does not create an obligation in any other case.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact help@nosorawm.app before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer so we can correct it directly.

Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts and files you submit. Subject to applicable law, you own the content you generate.

You grant us the rights needed to operate the service, including sending your prompts and reference files to the providers of the models you select.

Generated files are stored for 7 days and then deleted. Download what you want to keep.

You are responsible for what you submit and for how you use the output, including any advertising or platform rules that require AI-generated content to be labeled.

Prohibited activities

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Generating or uploading content that is unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Using the likeness of a real person without their consent, or creating deceptive content about real people.
• Generating sexual content involving minors.
• Circumventing usage limits, reselling access, or automating requests without permission.
• Attempting to reverse engineer or probe the service.

Intellectual property

All product code, branding, and documentation are owned by NOSO RAW or its licensors. Third-party model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the models.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make any promises about availability, uptime, the continued availability of any specific model, or suitability for your specific needs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOSO RAW will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we detect activity that puts the service at risk. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
